Return & Refund Policy

At Nook & Nettle, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!


Returns

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Items such as personalized/customized products, perishable goods, and sale items are non-returnable.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nookandnettle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@nookandnettle.com within 3 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
